課程簡介
這是一個為初學者而設的 七堂人像攝影入門課，以「自拍人像」作為練習核心，帶你由零開始建立「看懂畫面」的能力，並逐步掌握 構圖、光線對比、鏡頭運用與層次建立。完成課程後，學員將能獨立完成一張 結構完整、主體清晰、具光影層次的自拍人像作品。
本課程部分收益將捐出至 ADHD 相關機構，以支持受 ADHD 影響的人士及相關服務。

課程特點
- 七堂循序漸進，零基礎可跟：由九宮格與視線路徑入門，到三分法、中心構圖、引導線、框架構圖，再到用光對比與鏡頭語言，最後整合實戰完成作品。
- 以自拍為主軸（手機或相機皆適用）：課程專為「一個人也能完成」而設，重點在可複製的流程與現場判斷。
- 完成導向：每堂都有清晰目標與練習方向，最後以作品檢查清單整合，讓你知道自己「為何這樣拍」，而不是靠運氣出好相。
你將會學到（七堂內容概覽）
- 看懂畫面：九宮格、視線路徑與主體如何成立
- 三分法（Rule of Thirds）：穩定但不呆的萬用構圖與留白
- 中心構圖：把穩定、聚焦、對稱拍出質感（避免像證件相）
- 引導線構圖：利用線條把觀眾目光拉回主體，拍出深度與秩序
- 框架構圖：用門窗樹葉建立「前—中—後」層次與故事感
- 用光與對比：正面光／側光／逆光的運用，塑造立體與情緒
- 鏡頭運用＋整合實戰：視角、距離、前景控制與最終作品完成
最終成果
你將完成一張自拍人像作品，並能同時做到：
- 主體清晰：有明確視覺重心
- 構圖有理據：能運用三分法／中心／引導線／框架等（可混合）
- 光線對比到位：人物更立體、有氛圍
- 層次感成立：透過前景、線條與空間距離建立前中後層次
導師簡介
Arthur Chan｜人像攝影導師／攝影及影片製作人
曾遠赴外國深造攝影及電影製作。具備活動攝影、宣傳影片及產品影像製作經驗，曾擔任多個大型活動之首席攝影師及影片導演，擅長以清晰的影像敘事與高效率現場執行，協助不同機構建立具辨識度的視覺內容。

付款方式 (Payment Methods):
- 買家選用特定付款方式時，相關平台可能收取手續費及行政費，該等費用應由買家自行負擔。
When Buyers opt to use specific payment methods, the relevant platform may charge handling and administrative fees, which shall be borne solely by the Buyer.
透過銀行轉數快付款，每筆交易將收取港幣10元之交易手續費。
A transaction fee of HKD 10 will be applied to each transaction made via FPS (Faster Payment System).
凡使用電子支付方式（包括但不限於信用卡、Apple Pay、Android Pay等非現金支付、銀行轉帳或個人轉數快），將收取交易總額百分之十（10%）之交易手續費及行政費。
For all transactions made via electronic payment methods (including but not limited to credit cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and other non-cash payments, bank transfers, or personal FPS), a transaction fee and administrative fee of ten percent (10%) of the total transaction amount will be applied.
課程及活動守則 (Rules and Guidelines for Courses and Activities):
報名與繳費 (Registration and Payment):
- 凡完成課程報名並繳納相關費用者，即視為已閱讀、理解並同意接受本守則之所有條款及細則。
Upon completion of course registration and payment of related fees, the participant shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions of these Rules and Guidelines.
報名費用一經繳付，除課程舉辦方另有規定外，概不退還，不論任何原因（包括但不限於個人時間衝突、健康問題、天氣因素、課程內容不符預期等）。
Once the registration fee is paid, it is non-refundable regardless of the reason (including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, health issues, weather conditions, or dissatisfaction with course content), unless otherwise specified by the course organizer.
補堂政策 (Make-Up Class Policy):
- 本課程一般不提供補課服務。惟若因課程舉辦方之原因致課程取消或改期，將提前通知學員並另行安排適當之解決方案。
Make-up classes are generally not offered for this course. However, if the course is canceled or rescheduled due to reasons attributable to the course organizer, participants will be notified in advance and appropriate solutions will be arranged.
學員因個人因素缺席者，不得要求補課。
Participants who are absent due to personal reasons are not entitled to make-up classes.
課程轉換與產品換購 (Course Transfer and Product Redemption):
- 已報名之課程不得轉換為其他課程或活動。
Registered courses cannot be transferred to other courses or activities.
報名費用不得用於兌換任何產品或服務。
Registration fees cannot be used to redeem any products or services.
名額轉讓 (Slot Transfer):
- 課程名額不得轉讓予任何第三方。學員應確保報名時所提供之個人資訊均為真實且正確。
Course slots are non-transferable to any third party. Participants should ensure that the personal information provided during registration is true and accurate.
課程參與 (Course Participation):
- 學員應遵守課程舉辦方之所有規定與指示，以確保課程活動之順利進行。
Participants shall comply with all rules and instructions of the course organizer to ensure the smooth conduct of the course activities.
如學員有任何特殊需求或健康疑慮，請於報名前告知課程舉辦方，以便作出適當安排。
If participants have any special needs or health concerns, please inform the course organizer prior to registration so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

- 課程舉辦方對於學員於課程期間所發生之任何意外或損失（非因課程舉辦方之直接故意或重大過失所致者），概不負責。
