The Company endeavours to ensure the accuracy of product and service information displayed on the Platform (including but not limited to descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability), but makes no express or implied warranty as to the complete accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information.

本平台上之產品圖片僅供參考。由於拍攝燈光、螢幕顯示設定及手工製品之固有差異，實際產品之外觀、顏色及尺寸可能與圖片略有不同，此不構成產品瑕疵。
Product images on the Platform are for reference only. Due to differences in photographic lighting, screen display settings, and the inherent variations of handcrafted products, the actual appearance, colour, and dimensions of products may differ slightly from the images, which shall not constitute a product defect.

第五條：訂單與付款方式
Article 5 — Orders and Payment Methods

5.1 訂單之成立 | Formation of Orders
買方透過本平台提交訂單，僅構成購買要約（offer）。訂單須經本公司確認後，買賣合約方告成立。本公司保留拒絕接受或取消任何訂單之權利。
An order submitted by the Buyer through the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract of sale shall only be formed upon confirmation of the order by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
5.2 付款方式手續費 | Payment Method Fees
買方選用任何特定付款方式時，相關支付平台可能就該等交易收取手續費及／或行政費用。上述一切費用概由買方自行承擔，本公司毋須就此負責。
Where the Buyer elects to utilise any specific payment method, the relevant payment platform may levy handling fees and/or administrative charges in respect of such transactions. All such fees and charges shall be borne solely by the Buyer, and the Company shall not be liable therefor.
5.3 「轉數快」（FPS）交易費用 | FPS Transaction Fee
凡透過「轉數快」（Faster Payment System）進行之銀行轉帳交易，每筆交易將收取港幣十元正（HKD 10.00）之交易手續費。
For each transaction effected via the Faster Payment System ("FPS") bank transfer, a transaction fee of Hong Kong Dollars Ten (HKD 10.00) shall be charged per transaction.
5.4 電子支付交易費用 | Electronic Payment Fees
凡以電子支付方式完成之交易（包括但不限於信用卡、Apple Pay、Android Pay 及其他非現金支付方式、銀行轉帳或個人「轉數快」），將就該交易總額收取百分之十（10%）作為交易手續費及行政費。
For all transactions made via electronic payment methods (including but not limited to credit cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and other non-cash payment methods, bank transfers, or personal FPS), a combined transaction handling fee and administrative charge of ten per cent (10%) of the total transaction amount shall be levied.
5.5 付款義務 | Payment Obligations
買方有責任確保付款資訊之準確性及付款之及時完成。如因付款延遲或失敗導致訂單未能處理，本公司概不負責。
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment information and the timely completion of payment. The Company shall not be held liable for any order that cannot be processed due to delayed or failed payment.

第八條：能量產品特別條款
Article 8 — Special Terms for Energy Products

8.1
鑒於所有能量產品（包括但不限於噴霧、滾珠精油（Roll-on）、沐浴液及 Goldenite® 系列產品）均屬精心手工製作，每件產品具有獨特性及個性化特質。產品一經售出並交付後，不論任何原因，概不接受退貨或換貨。
Given that all energy products (including but not limited to sprays, roll-on essential oils, shower gels, and Goldenite® series products) are meticulously handcrafted, each product possesses unique and personalised characteristics. Once a product has been sold and delivered, no returns or exchanges shall be accepted for any reason whatsoever.
8.2
買方於購買前應審慎考慮，確保所選產品符合其預期及需求。本公司建議買方於購買前充分了解產品之材質、製作工藝及預期效果，以作出知情之購買決定。
Buyers are advised to exercise due diligence and careful consideration prior to purchase to ensure that the selected product meets their expectations and requirements. The Company recommends that Buyers acquaint themselves fully with the product's materials, craftsmanship, and expected effects before making an informed purchase decision.
8.3
本公司致力於提供高品質之手工製品。買方有責任妥善保管其能量產品，以確保產品之使用效果得以維持。
The Company is committed to providing high-quality handcrafted products. The Buyer shall be responsible for the proper care and safekeeping of their energy products to ensure that the intended effects of the products are maintained.

本公司就所有噴霧及相關產品作出以下聲明：
The Company hereby makes the following declarations in respect of all sprays and related products:
[X] 本產品不含人工合成香精，亦未添加任何可能引致過敏反應之香料成份。
Products do not contain artificial synthetic fragrances, nor include any fragrance ingredients that may cause allergic reactions.
[X] 本產品不含對羥基苯甲酸酯類防腐劑（Paraben Free）。
Products are free from parabens (Paraben Free).
[X] 本產品不含礦物油成份。
Products do not contain mineral oil.
[V] 本產品未經動物測試（Cruelty Free）。
Products have not been tested on animals (Cruelty Free).
9.2 使用注意事項 | Precautions for Use
(a) 請勿將產品直接噴灑於眼部或傷口處。
Do not spray the product directly onto the eyes or open wounds.
(b) 腎病患者、葡萄糖六磷酸去氫酶缺乏症（G6PD）患者、孕婦及對精油成份有已知過敏史者，使用前應諮詢醫療專業人士之意見。
Individuals with renal conditions, Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency, pregnant women, and persons with a known history of allergy to essential oils should seek professional medical advice prior to use.
(c) 產品應存放於陰涼乾燥處，避免陽光直射。
Products shall be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

in Relation to Goldenite® Products

本平台就 Goldenite® 產品所使用之「純金」或「足金」字眼，僅指該產品內含有黃金含量達百分之九十九（99%）或以上之金箔成份，而非表示該產品整體為金屬製品或具有金屬特性。
All references to "pure gold" or "24K gold" in relation to Goldenite® products on this Platform refer solely to the inclusion of gold leaf with a gold purity of ninety-nine per cent (99%) or above within the product. Such terms do not indicate that the product as a whole constitutes a metallic product or possesses metallic properties.
10.2
本公司特此聲明，消費者不應將上述用語理解為該產品具有貨幣價值或可作為貴金屬進行交易。本公司就消費者因對上述用語之誤解而產生之任何損失，概不承擔責任。
The Company hereby declares that consumers shall not construe the aforesaid terms as indicating that the product possesses monetary value or may be traded as a precious metal. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss arising from a consumer's misinterpretation of the aforesaid terms.
